Vismovaa provides AI-powered text processing services including but not limited to:

Text generation and content creation
Text rewriting and paraphrasing
Content summarization
Grammar and style improvement
PROTECTPLUS: Built-in plagiarism checker, content safety filter, and originality score reports
VISION: Image and document OCR, PDF analysis, and multi-language document recognition

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
Restricting access to your computer or device
All activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vismovaa to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
Create spam, phishing content, or malware
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Vismovaa belongs to you, subject to these terms. You retain all rights to your original input content. The AI-generated outputs are provided for your use in accordance with your purchased plan. Vismovaa, its logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of SERVICESOFAI LLC.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:

Provide accurate and complete billing information.
Pay the one-time purchase price (in EUR) displayed at the time of checkout.
One-time payment: All plans (BASIC, PROTECTPLUS, VISION, and PROTECTPLUS + VISION) are purchased with a single, one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or subscription fees.
Seats: Each plan is available with 1 to 4 user seats. Multi-seat plans allow multiple users to share the credit allowance.
Credit allowance: Each plan includes a yearly credit allowance that resets annually from the date of purchase. Credit limits vary by tier and seat count.
Vismovaa does not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
